Competition Terms and Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. By entering any competition run by Made in Kent Radio, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Be a resident of the United Kingdom
• Be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry

Competitions are not open to employees, members, or volunteers of Greenwich Media C.I.C. / Made in Kent Radio, their immediate families, or partner organisations involved in the competition.

Competitions are open to listeners via online streaming and DAB digital radio.

2. Entry

Entry is free (no purchase necessary). Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

Entries must include your answer, full name, telephone number, address, and email address.

Submission does not guarantee receipt. We are not responsible for lost or delayed entries.

3. Competition Process

The winner will be selected from correct entries and may be drawn on-air or off-air.

Closing dates are specified per competition. Made in Kent Radio may amend or withdraw competitions at any time.

4. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.

We may substitute prizes with one of equal or greater value.

Location-based prize requirements will be clearly stated.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via email, phone, or post.

If a winner cannot be contacted, an alternative winner may be selected.

The judges’ decision is final.

6. Publicity

Winners agree to reasonable promotional activity and use of their name, voice, or image.
